Noah's 1st Birthday!!

Today was Noah's 1st Birthday!! We went to Peace a Pizza to celebrate. Jake, Molly, Ryan, Noah, Daddy, Mommy and Aunt Shannon were all there. The kids got to make there own pizza and play in the VW bus. Afterwards we went to the playground and then for Ice cream. We stopped at our local firehouse and it was all closed up for the night but a really nice paramedic let us in and the kids enjoyed sitting in the fire engines. It was a fun night. We are going to have a bigger party for Noah on 7/29.

Camping and Dutch Wonderland

This weekend we went camping in Lancaster. It was a lot of fun. Jake and Molly loved the campfire and sleeping in the tent. On Sunday we went to Dutch Wonderland and rode all of the rides. It was fun seeing all of the farms too. We saw lots of horses and cows!!

Vacation Time cont'd

On the way home from Massanutten we drove through Shenandoah National Park. It was a beautiful day and the views were wonderful. We even had the rare opportunity to see a momma black bear with her two cubs walking through the woods.

Vacation Time!!!!

We took a June vacation this year and went to Massanutten. Kate and Molly were able to go with us and we had a blast. There is a great waterpark there and lots of other fun things to do. We went to the pool, played mini golf, rode go-karts, toured Shenandoah Caverns, made tie-dyed t-shirts, painted mirrors, made mosaic stepping stones, saw a comedy show and an awesome magic show. It did pour for 4 1/2 days so that was a bit of a bummer but we made the best of it.
